It was just announced that the 44-year-old entertainer and her ex-husband Marc Anthony have finally finalized their divorce after splitting three years ago.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John Sandoz finalized the couple’s breakup Monday, awarding the former couple joint legal custody of their twin children.

The pair agreed that Lopez will have their son and daughter most of time, with Anthony caring for them for seven days a month. The singers also agreed that no child or spousal support was necessary.

Lopez quickly moved on in the romance department with backup dancer Casper Smart, but split from him after two-and-a-half years of dating earlier this month. Anthony dated British Topshop heiress Chloe Green for a year before parting ways in February 2014.

According to sources, Jennifer Lopez will have physical custody of the twins most of the time. Anthony will have the six-year-olds seven days per month. Neither will pay child or spousal support to the other.

Anthony finally settled a long dispute with his former ex-wife Dayanara Torres, and he didn’t walk away nearly as easily. He has been ordered by a judge to pay her $26,800 per month is child support.

Marc Anthony filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez back in April of 2012, but the two had split up in July of 2011. Lopez recently split from boy toy Casper Smart, a young man 18 years her junior, after having dated/lived with him for almost three years. He was one of her back up dancers when they first started seeing one another.

They agreed that Jennifer will have custody of their twins most of the time while he will care for them seven days a month. No child or spousal support is necessary.
